To better serve our clients, we are seeking to hire a permanent and full-time Health Services MANAGER.

The Health Services Manager will be responsible in ensuring, leading and managing two major aspects of our operations: (a) ahighly-efficient, integrated delivery of our health care and wellness
services, and (b) highly-efficient and integrated use of all medical equipment, facilities and resources across all departments.

We prefer a leader with a combined medical and management experience in any of the following practice areas: Acupuncture/ Chiropractor, Clinical Counselling, Concussion, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Dietician-Nutrition, Home Care, Homeopathy, Kinesiology, Laser Therapy, Massage Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Shockwave Therapy.
Specifically, the duties are:
a. Plan, direct and control an integrated, efficient and systematic approach for Mountainview Health and Wellness Centre in its delivery of health care and wellness services.
b. Consult with the Directors, senior management, medical practitioners and staff to evaluate, establish, organize, monitor
and maintain standard delivery of services across all departments.
c. Review and evaluate the current system, and if necessary, design, develop and implement a new evaluation system that
will be used in monitoring and maintaining the quality of health care and wellness services offered by Mountainview Health and Wellness Centre.
d. Monitor the use of all medical equipment and facilities to ensure the effective use of all resources.
e. Develop and implement plans for new programs, special projects, new material and equipment acquisitions and future
staffing levels in their department or establishment.
f. Plan and control budgets for individual departments.
g. Supervise the departmental heads and senior staff in monitoring inventories and resources.

Salary and benefits:

$83,200.00 annually to $104,000 annually or equivalent to $
40.00/hour to $ 50.00/hour depending on experience and based
on 40 hours per week; 10 days paid vacation
Requirements:
• Education : Completion of Bachelor’s Degree in a Medical Profession
• Language : Proficiency in English is mandatory
• Experience: More than 5 years of related experience (within the same industry and in the same capacity as Manager or Administrator is a strong asset)

Specific Requirements:

In order to meet our expectations, we are looking for a candidate who can interface with all levels of organization. Demonstrated supervisory or management experience within a medical facility overseeing resources. Demonstrated strong leadership and organization skills, and excellent communication skills are expected. The ideal candidate must have completed the minimum education required and have practiced in a Medical Field for more than 5 years. Direct experience in a similar capacity within the same industry/business operation as Health and Wellness Centre is a strong asset.
